How do I find my tracking number?

Once your order is dispatched your tracking number will be sent to you

Can I have my order delivered to a business address or PO Box?

Yes ! and for business address deliveries just remember to request delivery during your
business hours as some couriers deliver outside of standard business hours

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel your order after received, However, you can return your order through our change of mind policy for a refund.

Do you provide free shipping?

To get the best out of your Rasdastrap, rinse in fresh clean water after each session and don’t store dry in direct sunlight for extended periods, no different to how you look after your board & leash.

International Orders, are duties & taxes calculated & paid at checkout?

No. Depending on your local customs laws & regulations duties & taxes may be applicable, when applicable these fees will be charged to you during shipping and or on delivery.
